The Fatigue Program

​I have recently been working on a funded research project to look at how crystal therapy can support those living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, Fibromyalgia or Long Covid focusing on improved sleep, energy and general wellbeing. I am now offering this program out which consists of 6 sessions (3 in-person and 3 online) plus your own crystals to work with. Participants will be required to engage fully with all sessions and daily practice. Total cost for the program is £265.
