Building Your Crystal Collection Part 2 - Amethyst & Citrine
Part 2 in this series took place on 15th October and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces again. This time a walkway of lanterns illuminated our journey up to the candlelit tent that was warm and cosy thanks to the woodburner. We discussed the properies of both Amethyst and Citrine, and learnt about the Violet Flame, as well as other exercises involving these crystals. Part 3 of the Building Your Crystal Collection series will be held on 19th November where we will be discussing Selenite and Moonstone. Details featured on the Latest Courses page.

I was joined by a lovely group of ladies and despite the rather wet weather the woodburner and a plentiful supply of tea and biscuits kept us warm! Part 2 in the Building Your Crystal Collection series will be taking place on 15th October where we will be looking at Amethyst and Citrine. Tickets cost £10 each and includes refreshments. Wild Woman Self-care Retreat
Wimbleball Lake provided a superb backdrop for our first Wild Woman retreat. The day started with Shiaski and was followed by womb healing meditations, crystal medicine wheel, free dance and yoga, and was accompanied by a superb lunch provided by our host. I'm so enjoying watching the trees burst into leaf with that glorious fresh green colour, but I am beginning to wonder when the promise of summer's warmer weather will finally be upon us!
Therapies have been busy this month at all venues - the Wellness Clinic in Minehead, Sunseed in Wellington and at the Therapy Hut on Exmoor. My latest announcement is that I will also be offering a full range of crystal therapies once a month at the Anderida Center in Forest Row, East Sussex due to demand, so please contact me to register your interest - dates to be released soon. In addition to this I am now offering consultations via zoom as well as distance healing.

Spring is here at last, the daffodils have come out and lambs are appearing on the farm - I love this time of year! Its been a busy few weeks for me with healing work including a week away studying new techniques as part of my CPD (continuous proffessional development) in beautiful mid-Wales. I am so proud to be an ACHO registered practitioner who ensure that our training is continuous, current and of an exceptionally high standard.
New for this month......
Due to demand I will now be offering zoom consultations and distant healing, so if you are unable to travel to see me in person you can still receive a bespoke one-to-one treatment on-line.
I am also offering FREE 20 minute consultations for those who are unsure what crystal healing is about or how it can help. Please do contact me by email to arrange an informal chat.

Isn't it lovely seeing the snowdrops growing again? A real sign that spring is nearly with us and the days are getting longer. Many people who come to me for crystal therapy tell me that they struggle with getting a good nights sleep which impacts on their general wellbeing. In our fast paced world with mobile phones constantly 'pinging' we have little time to switch off. I will be running a number crystal sleep clinics over the next month, so if you are longing for a good nights sleep and want try something different, then why not book an appointment?

This January I will be running a series of taster crystal healing sessions at Sunseed, Wellington on Friday 27th January and at The Wellness Clinic (above Toucan Wholefoods) in Minehead on Saturday 28th January. These sessions will be on a one to one basis during which I will assess your chakra's and offer bespoke chakra balance using a combination of crystals unique to you. You will also receive a crystal gift to support you during the year. So if you are interested in finding out how crystal therapy works then why not book a session?
